Ross M. Piscitelli, Esq. is the Founding Member of Piscitelli Law Firm, PLLC, and has twenty years of experience representing both private and public sector clients in workplace investigations, commercial contracts, labor and employment matters and SLA compliance.
Ross began his legal career with the New York State Governor’s Office of Employee Relations, representing the Executive Branch in personnel and workplace investigation matters, contract negotiation, arbitration and employment law disputes. He then spent nearly ten years representing the New York State Police, working on statewide personnel investigations, contract negotiation and labor relations involving New York State Troopers, Investigators and civilian employees. In his private practice, Ross has also represented the New York State Troopers PBA, a statewide labor organization, in personnel and disciplinary matters involving uniformed New York State Troopers.

Among others, these clients include a large beverage distribution company, various multinational lighting manufacturers, a high-profile luxury goods retailer and a successful NASCAR® motorsports organization.
This varied legal experience has provided Ross with an extensive background in the investigation of complex personnel and workplace matters and the negotiation of high-value commercial contracts, executive level employment contracts, compliance, corporate governance and labor dispute resolution.
Through his long-time representation of companies in the beverage industry, Ross has gained extensive experience practicing in front of the New York State Liquor Authority (SLA), handling a variety of compliance, licensing and enforcement matters. In addition to appearing before the SLA on behalf of clients, Ross advises licensees on best practices to ensure compliance with the complex, and often challenging, rules and regulations governing the manufacture, distribution and sale of alcoholic beverages.
Ross feels strongly about community involvement, and among his charitable work he serves as Executive Director of the Signal 30 Benefit Fund, a large statewide 501(c)(3) charitable organization established by the New York State Troopers PBA to serve New York State Troopers, their families and others in the law enforcement community in times of need, including emergency situations, illnesses, injuries and line of duty deaths.
